I thought the Cisco VPN client's icon was beyond horrible so I made a new one. Now I can have my VPN client in my dock again.

Option + Click Download to save on a Mac otherwise Right click and Save As...

In case you wanna skip it completely, I found an app named Shimo. It uses the Cisco backend and adds a new interface. The app shows up as a menuitem in the menubar.
